Orders

Yes — 14 days from marked delivery, if unused, unopened, in original packaging. Personal care items can't be returned once opened. See Returns & Refunds Policy For Full Terms.

Email hello@88daysofficial.com within 24 hours to update address or cancel. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

Order Processing and Tracking

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Tracking: For U.S orders: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

International Shipping

International orders may take 2–12 weeks to arrive depending on the carrier and destination. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Please Note: Shipping fees do not include customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees. Any charges from your local customs agency are your responsibility.

Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled. If your package shows delivered but you can't locate it, please reach out to your local post office directly. 88Days is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

Returned & UnDeliverable Packages

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or other delivery issues, you will be invoiced for reshipping costs. If we don't receive an updated address or payment for reshipping, we will issue a refund minus 20% for a restocking fee plus return shipping costs. Original shipping fees and any duties are non-refundable.

If tracking hasn't updated or shows delivered but missing, email hello@88daysofficial.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier.

Returned & UnDeliverable Packages

If your product arrives damaged, is defective, or something is incorrect with your order, contact us and we'll make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund via store credit.

Note: If your product softened or shifted during transit due to heat, this is normal and not considered a defect or damage.

You will get an email confirming your order has shipped. It will include the tracking number. You may also head to our customer care section and track your order there.

We use natural and naturally derived ingredients that can be sensitive to heat. During peak summer months, delivery trucks can reach 120-150°F, which may cause the product to soften or shift. Rest assured, this natural response to temperature doesn't compromise effectiveness, your product works just as well.

If product has shifted during transit, the contents still reflect the full amount listed and is not considered a defect eligible for refund.

Hair styling products:

  • Unopened: ~16-18 months
  • Opened: ~12 months after opening

Candles:

  • Unopened: ~2–3 years (best scent throw in first ~12–18 months)
  • After first burn: best within ~12–18 months

Body creams (water-based):

  • Unopened: ~12–18 months from manufacture
  • Opened: ~6–12 months after opening

Dry Shampoo:

  • Unopened: ~24 months
  • Opened: ~12 months after opening

Store in a cool, dry place with the lid closed, and avoid introducing water into the jar.

We craft our products in small batches to maintain the quality you deserve. We work hard to keep products available, but sometimes demand outpaces supply. Good things are worth the wait!We may disclose on the product listing estimated restock times if feasible. Shoot us an email with the product in question for a more accruate timeline.

Styling

We’ve formulated our stylers so every product can work across most hair types. The easiest way to choose is to focus on the result you want, your preferred level of hold, texture, and finish.

Our lineup spans everything from dry, textured matte to softer, more natural finishes, with hold levels that range from flexible to firm, so you can find the one that matches your style.

Before you decide, review the Hold and Finish/Shine details on each product page and grab a tester size first to try a few and see what your hair likes best!

Each product’s results can vary based on factors like humidity, hair moisture level, hair dampness and application technique.

There's no perfect method, your hair is unique, and so is your technique. That said, here's what we recommend:

  • Start with a dime-sized amount
  • Apply to damp hair (about 90–95% dry), and build from there.
  • Add more if you need extra hold or control.

You can apply to dry hair too, it works. But if you want smoother, more even coverage, damp is the way to go.
