Returns & Refunds Policy (88Days)
Problem with your order? We’ve got you. Before requesting a return, please review the guidelines below.
Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of marked delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unopened, and untampered
- In original packaging (including any boxes/inserts)
Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons. If a return does not meet these guidelines, we may be unable to process it.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, is defective, or something is incorrect with your order, contact us and we’ll make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund via store credit.
If your product softened or shifted during transit due to heat, this is normal, not considered a defect or damaged.
What We Don’t Accept
- Returns or exchanges based on personal preference (scent, hold, finish, etc.)
- Items that are opened, used, or tampered with
- Requests submitted after 14 days of marked delivery
- Items returned without approval
Shipping & Fees
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue was our mistake (wrong item, damaged in transit).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments, please use a trackable service.
Order Changes / Cancellations
If you need to correct a shipping address or cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
How to Start a Return
- Email hello@88daysofficial.com within 14 days of marked delivery.
- Include:
- Your order number (or the email used at checkout)
- A brief description of the issue
- Multiple Photos (recommended for defects/damage, helps us resolve faster)
If approved, we’ll email you return instructions.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days (timing can vary by bank/payment provider).

If you need to update your shipping address, modify your order, or cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes or process cancellations.

Order Processing & Tracking
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Tracking: For U.S orders: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your package via USPS or UPS based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
International Shipping
International orders may take 2–12 weeks to arrive depending on the carrier and destination. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Please Note: Shipping fees do not include customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees. Any charges from your local customs agency are your responsibility.

Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled. If your package shows delivered but you can't locate it, please reach out to your local post office or UPS directly. 88Days is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
Returned & UnDeliverable Packages
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or other delivery issues, you will be invoiced for reshipping costs. If we don't receive an updated address or payment for reshipping, we will issue a refund minus 20% for a restocking fee plus return shipping costs. Original shipping fees and any duties are non-refundable.
If tracking hasn't updated or shows delivered but missing, email hello@88daysofficial.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier.
Defective or Damaged

We craft our products in small batches to maintain the quality you deserve. We work hard to keep products available, but sometimes demand outpaces supply. Good things are worth the wait!
